Anyone bought one? My little girl wants one for xmas however the price differences are huge, and there doesnt seem to be one defining brand available.
Plus reading horror stories in the press about plugs exploding etc.
I'm sure I say HATRED was thinking about buying some?

I saw one in Basingstoke once. The bloke on there was about my age (26) I must admit I thought he looked like an absolute cunt.
Knowing your girl as I do this could end up in broken legs arms and neck?

woody, exactly, if the kid hits a stone or a crack, the thing could stop dead and she could crack her head open, so, bearing that in mind, if you get one, invest in a dome lid

I agree they look well dodgy. at least with a skateboard youre sideways on. these things set you right up to plant your face on the tarmac.

Years ago when roller blades first came out my daughter pleaded for us to get her a pair.
